sooo sleepy!!!

So here's my predicament. I've never been much of a morning person, but I've always been terrible at staying up late. Anyone who knows me knows I could probably count the number of nights I've stayed up all night on one hand. And all month I have been working day shifts, meaning I've had to get up at 5 am, but I got to be in bed by 8 or 8:30 every night. Which I was actually ok with, and FINALLY after all month I was used to waking up that early. But now that October is over, I have to work the night shift all next month. And my first week I get to do 3 nights in a row. And so between now and Tuesday night I have to teach my body to stay up late and sleep all day. Yesterday I did EVERYTHING I could to stay awake till midnight and didnt make it past 10:30, and then was up by 7 today. So tonight I HAVE to make it till midnight but I'm struggling right now. And if I was at work I would still have 7 hours left. So I desperately need some suggestions on how to stay up all night from all you night time people! Cuz I'm not sure how next week at work is going to go! HELP! Cuz this is how I feel right now...

  1. take lots of naps during the day. i hate when i've taken to many naps cuz then bed time comes and i cant sleep!!!!

  2. MONSTERS :) haha kidding i know i know this kill your heart or something. dude... I'm speechless at this because I know you Mandi, & I know your sleeping habits probably better than everyone minus Tyson :) hahahaha!
